Tea & Tulips (Spring Bulbs Gardening Class) ~ Wed, Nov 12th at 6:30pm
Join us on Wednesday, November 12th from 6:30-7:30pm in our cozy Skippack studio this November to sip some hot tea while learning all about adding tulips and other specialty spring bulbs to the garden. This one-hour beginner-friendly class is designed to leave all attendees feeling confident and excited to plant tulips and other spring flowers ~ topics will include a review of the most coveted spring blooms, general best practices for bulb planting and maintenance, how to organically manage deer and other pests, and harvesting flowers.
At the end of class, all guests will select and take home approximately 25 specialty and unique bulbs of their choice, in an array of styles and colors, to be planted at home between mid-late November. (For gardeners who do not have a yard for planting, special instructions will be provided about planting them in a large outdoor pot, which can be placed on a balcony or porch.)
Class sizes are kept small in size to ensure we can provide 1:1 support and answer individual questions.
Class will be taught by Waverly Flower Co. founder Alanna Messner-Scholl
