We are so honored to be considered as your wedding florist - and we want to hear all about your vision! It’s our pleasure to provide florals for more intimate weddings, and we do not require any minimum spend when purchasing floral arrangements a la carte.

A note on our process and availability

Our team will be in touch within a day of receiving your inquiry, and a proposal will be sent within two days. Once the proposal is sent, we offer a 7-day “soft hold” on the requested date as a courtesy to our event clients. At this stage, you can choose to move forward with Waverly Flower Co., if you wish, by paying a 40% deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your wedding day.

Floral styles and color palette will be initially reviewed through a client’s Pinterest board and a 30-minute phone consult during the planning process at the client’s convenience. Waverly Flower Co. is fully booked for a la carte weddings and events in September and October 2026, with limited availability remaining in November and December 2026. Our studio is actively booking for the 2027 and 2028 seasons, and if delivery and set-up is requested, especially during the busy spring and fall seasons, we highly recommend inquiring as early as possible.
