It’s our pleasure to provide florals for more intimate weddings, and we do not require any minimum spend when purchasing floral arrangements a la carte. A note on our process and availability

Our team will be in touch within a day of receiving your inquiry, and proposals are typically sent within two days along with an invitation to meet for a brief phone call. At this stage, you can choose to move forward with Waverly Flower Co., if you wish, by paying a deposit to reserve your date. The deposit ranges between 20-40% depending on the scope of work and timeline. The remaining balance will then be due two to four weeks prior to your wedding day.

Preferred floral styles and color palettes will be initially reviewed through a client’s inspiration images (often a Pinterest board) and a brief phone consultation. Waverly Flower Co. is fully booked for a la carte weddings and events in September and October 2026, with limited availability remaining in November and December 2026. Our studio is actively booking for the 2027 and 2028 seasons, and if delivery and set-up is requested, especially during the busy spring and fall seasons, we highly recommend inquiring as early as possible.
