Reserving My Date
-
It’s an honor to be considered for your wedding day - thank you!
To begin the inquiry process, please fill out this form. We’ll carefully review your answers and return a detailed and personalized proposal to you, along with an invitation to meet either in-person at our Skippack-area studio or via Zoom.
At this time, we’ll further discuss your vision, share a little bit more about our own process, and take the time to answer any questions that you may have.
Following the meeting, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to the proposal. If you wish to move forward with reserving Waverly Flower Co. as your florist, you may pay the 20% deposit to reserve your date and sign the included contract. The remaining balance will be due four weeks prior to your wedding day.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What kinds of flowers do you grow?
Great question! The exact varieties we grow each season are largely dictated by our wedding clients; the garden is planned each year with the palettes and styles of our brides and grooms in mind.
That said, we typically grow between 30-60 varieties each year in varying shades. Some of the mainstays in the garden include ranunculus, specialty tulips, foxglove, delphinium, garden roses, dahlias, lilac, peonies, sweet peas, lisianthus, celosia, and love-in-a-puff.
Because flowers are inherently seasonal (nearly all varieties are only available during a portion of the traditional April-October growing season), we will be happy to review this in further detail with you during the consultative process. While Mother Nature is ultimately in charge (we’re careful to not ever guarantee any one particular variety), we would love to share with you some examples of what we typically have blooming during the time of your wedding.
What if something bad happens to your garden before the wedding, like a terrible storm?
We certainly hope this never is the case, but we have you covered even if our own flowers are not usable for any reason! We’ve worked with and sourced from over a dozen southeastern PA-based growers and also have accounts at some of the top regional wholesalers. We can source flowers for an entire wedding within one business day if needed.
My venue requires all vendors to be licensed and insured - are you covered?
We sure are! We’ll be in touch with your venue prior to the wedding day to provide our Certificate of Insurance (COI) and any other information they might need from us. (We’re happy to add them on as an “Additional Insured” on our policy, too)
Are you a “one man show”?
Nope! I (Alanna) am so fortunate to have some really incredible people on the team, including multiple that can run an entire wedding. For most weddings, there will be 2-4 of us on site to set up.
